Over the last week i have been learning how Yoga helps people with Diabetes. Leading experts say that Yoga can benefit people with diabetes as it helps to Lower Blood Pressure, Lower Glucose Levels and improves Blood Circulation. In the past week i have been learning different yoga poses along with doing 10-15 minutes of yoga every morning which helps me get set up for the day ahead!! If you would like to give Yoga a go, i have left some yoga poses for you to try out at home!!
