BioKinesiology is a gentle, non invasive, complementary therapy that uses muscle tests to identify the root cause of the problem and identify the best treatment.

I am so excited to host this workshop, helping to ignite the power within us all. I will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, guiding you on affirmations, journal prompts, crystals and more. We will discuss removing fear and doubt and building boundaries. Everyone will receive a workbook full of tools and exercises to help step into your inner power and unleash your inner light. We will finish off with a guided meditation and group reiki! ✨

✨ Exam Stress Healing Sessions now available! ✨

I've designed a 55min healing session to help students to reduce stress and anxiety and work on focus and clarity coming up to their final exams.

I will use Biokinesiology to help identify nutrients that will help with focus and mental clarity as well as identifying Bach flowers that a student may need for emotional support. The session will finish with some reiki healing to help bring clarity and focus and remove emotional blocks in the body.

This session is a time for a student to reset and gain some balance before their final exams. Suitable for all ages, I will provide some helpful stress management tips and a listening ear!

I have availability next Friday 23rd May, 30th May as well as the 6th of June. ✨
