Adult Flu & COVID Booster Vaccines Now Available at Delvin & Clonmellon Heath Centres! 🌡️💉

Dear Patients,
We are pleased to announce that adult flu vaccines are now available at Delvin & Clonmellon Heath Centres. Taking steps to protect your health during flu season is vital, and we encourage all eligible patients to get vaccinated.

You have several convenient options to book your flu vaccine appointment:

1️⃣ Online Booking (Preferred): Visit our secure online booking portal at https://form.jotform.com/rlooktong/dchc-flu-covid-19-booster-202223

2️⃣ Telephone: You can call our reception team at 0449664256 during our office hours to book your appointment over the phone.

3️⃣ Email: If you prefer, you can also email us at info@dchc.ie to request an appointment. Please include your name, contact number, and preferred appointment date/time in your email.

Important information to note:

- If you already have a pre-booked appointment with our doctors or nurses, they will offer you the flu vaccine opportunistically during your visit. No separate appointment is needed in this case.

- Children's flu vaccines are expected to be delivered within the next two weeks. Once stock is available, we will notify patients and provide instructions for scheduling pediatric flu vaccinations.

GP Surgery Receptionist at Delvin and Clonmellon Health Centres

Are you an effective communicator with a passion for providing excellent patient care? Delvin and Clonmellon Health Centres are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. In-house training will be provided to ensure you can thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls and schedule appointments accurately
Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained
Utilize competent IT skills to navigate our electronic systems effectively
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient service
Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Competent IT skills, with an advantage given to those proficient in medical software
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
Availability for up to 15 hours per week initially
Please note that existing patients of the practice are excluded from this role
