Another love of mine is 💎

I have always been interested in the creative arts of all types and jewelry making is one of them. I did a beginner jewelry making courses in Di**le a few years back and I really enjoyed it.. It allows me to combine my love of foraging for natural healing minerals in nature by collecting crystal quartz or Kerry Diamonds and amethyst and other local precious stones with design and creation.
So I have decided that ...

This winter , I am going to study the art of Jewelry making / goldsmith & Silver Smith in Greece, in an area known for its rich natural mineral content & for its Gold & Silver Smith School. I am excited for this new chapter of study abroad & for being close to my family in Greece who I love so much 🙏❤️🧿

Unfortunately I will not be teaching kids yoga classes over the winter in Kerry this term but will run a weekly online class for whoever wants to join ! 🧿💎💖🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️

I am super excited to be teaching Kids Yoga In Trá Lee town park this Friday 16th Aug from 11.30 - 1pm.

11.30 - 12.15 pm 🌞 4-7 year Olds
12.15 - 1pm 🌞 8 - 16 yr Olds

Limited capacity of 15 per class
Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle
Classes are free but bookings are essential through portal

Kids Fairy Summer Camps ✨🧚🏿‍♂️

I am sooo excited to share our amazing 3 day Kids fairy/ superhero Camps ✨
12 /13/14th July 10 - 1pm
Collis Sandes house Trá Lee
5 - 11 yr olds

3 Days of Forest adventures, Fun yoga Games , Arts & Crafts , fairy tales , spa yoga , jewelry making , wing & wand making , T- shirt painting , pic nics in nature oh and my favourite a magical fairy treasure hunt around the beautifully enchanted Collis Sandes Woods .

Following last year's highly successful fairy summer camp we have decided to add two more days of fun to our camps this year 🌈

Me and Buddha are loving our little Egyptian nephew's Yemen & Sage . Our little nephews have recently moved over from Egypt and we are so happy to have them!! Blessed to see Buddha being so gentle and playful with the boys , proud furry mummy 🐶💖🌈

🌈 Kids Yoga adventures 🌈

🌈💖We are having so much fun here in the Kingdom ,our kids yoga classes are so magical . Here are a few of our favourite yoga poses .

Our six week kids yoga classes are coming to an end next week , I will be running Winter Kids Yoga workshops if anyone would like to join in they can , these will be pop up events so no need to enrol on any course . I will have more details soon about these events and how to book them .

🌈 I am amazing 🌈

So happy with our classes this morning in Collis Sandes House Tralee.

We started with our parent & Toddler yoga group 10 - 10.30
Which is such a wonderful relaxing class for mommies & Toddlers to start their day with 💖💎

Kids Yoga & Arts class 11-12.30
We went on a foraging trip into the woods to find as many beautiful leaves as possible for next week's Arts & Crafts project . Our mindful walks in nature are such a wonderful way to start our class . Then we went on a galactic space yoga adventure to visit the moon 🌝 When we landed back on earth we painted our adventure in space . Each child added a positive affirmation to their painting of space 🌌🚀

Next up Castlegregory for our kids yoga & Art class from 4 - 5.30 🚀🌌🌝

🎃 Weekend workshops 🎃

Our Kids Yoga & Arts and crafts weekend classes are flowing 👻🎃

Really enjoying our buisy weekends in Tralee & Castlegregory they are in full swing . This weekend we enjoyed a lovely animal yoga adventure themed class along with an introduction to mudras and how to use them to help focus our minds and centre ourselves in moments of emotional overwhelm or just to help us relax . For our Art's + Crafts we did some life drawing with pumpkins and created Halloween cards . Then we got mixing our salt dough to create spooky Halloween decorations. Now I just have to bake them all for our next classes ! 👻🎃👻
