Here’s how working with me looks when you choose a home visit around Di**le (or online if you prefer):

📋 Initial Visit (60–90 min):
We sit down together to chat about your health concerns, goals and what you’re already doing. We explore how I can help you feel better, eat smarterand live healthier — all in the comfort of your own home.

🥦 Personalised Nutrition Plan:
After our first session, I take time to create your unique plan, backed by delicious, custom recipes tailored to your goals, taste preferences, cooking skills and serving sizes.

🧄 Supplement Review (if needed):
I’ll thoroughly check your supplements (or advise new ones if needed), considering gaps, nutrient needs, and any possible interactions with medications.

🚗 Follow-Up Visit:
We meet again so I can walk you through your plan, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident and prepared to put it all into practice.

A thorough and personalised service for €190.

I offer home visits within 15km of Di**le (with a small add-on charge if you’re further out) or online sessions if that suits you better.

The festive season can feel busy, but taking time to slow down and support your digestion is a gift to yourself. Our bodies work best when we’re relaxed, allowing us to “rest and digest” fully.

🎄 Tips for a Relaxing Evening Routine:

Herbal Digestive Tea: Sip on ginger, peppermint or fennel tea after meals to ease digestion. Take a moment and relax 😌

Belly Breathing: Take 5 deep breaths to signal to your body that it’s time to slow down.

Gentle Evening Walk: A short, slow walk after dinner can aid digestion and clear your mind.

Switch Off for 10 Minutes: Light a candle, grab a book, or enjoy some calm music to unwind.
