It was lovely to add a creative twist to my yoga workshops with Foróige Ballyshannon this week!
We combined mindful drawing with fun paper yoga poses, and finished off with a calming meditation session. 🧘‍♀️🎨🌀

These sessions are always such great fun and a lovely way to bond with your little ones through movement, play, and relaxation. 🧘‍♀️💛

All ages welcome — no experience needed, just come as you are! I can provide mats if needed.
