This is the second time I’ve run this class, and it’s a really lovely opportunity for mothers and children to spend quality time together through yoga and crafts.

So excited to finally be able to offer this workshop. So many people tell me they’d love to go to yoga, but their schedules are already full with training. I’m hoping this once-a-month class will meet those needs and make it easier to fit yoga in.

Chair based Yoga

A supportive, accessible yoga class using a chair for balance and ease, with options to move beyond the chair if that suits you.
Classes may include gentle resistance-band work to support strength and bone health.

Great to start my first class of the year on the beach , it definitely was a chilly one to say the least 😂
