Strength shows up in many forms.
Sometimes it’s the fire of muscle and movement, other times it’s the quiet resolve of the mind.
Standing at the edge of the sea this morning here in Donegal, the air crisp, the water icy, it takes more than physical courage to step forward.
The body resists, the mind tells us to turn back. Yet when we soften into focus, breathe deep, and invite the sea to wrap around us, we find another kind of strength—the strength of surrender, of trust, of staying present even when it’s uncomfortable.
