Raphoe Family Resource Centre’s Little Smiles with Big Dreams Toddler Group will start back on Wednesday 13th September from 10.30am to 12 noon. A great way to increase your little one’s confidence and get to know others of similar age. Cost €2 per child. The group hosts fun activities and workshops throughout the year. I am a qualified Reflexologist registered with the National reflexology Register of Ireland ,I am also an ITEC accredited tutor in which I teach massage on a part time basis.

Harmony babies reflexology classes is a relaxed class for mums and care givers to learn techniques to help soothe,calm and help to bond with their babies

Techniques that are taught in our 3 week baby Reflexology classes are techniques to help aid Digestion ,Immune system,asthma,Stomach colic relief and techniques to help with teething .Basic Baby massage ,ear reflexology and Facial reflexology.

Classes are very enjoyable for mum and baby ,classes are a great way to meet with mums and share experiences and stories.A percentage of classes can be claimed back through your private health insurance provider .
