Coming into the busy summer season it's a great time to give your horse some bodywork to help them feel more comfortable and balanced in themselves! CranioSacral Therapy is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that works deeply with the nervous system to help restore balance to the body. It's unique in it's attention to the individual cranial bones which are often overlooked in therapeutic practice but can often hold the key to many behavioural and physiological issues! The entire body is worked with from head-tail using a variety of techniques selected for your horse's individual needs.

If you're stressing about taking your horse out and about because they struggle to contain their excitement or nerves, or are difficult to get on the box, then a TRT-method lesson can help start you on a journey to teaching your horse to self-manage! This means giving your horse the tools to manage their own reactions to various stimuli. This leads to more calm & confident horses in work and in the stable/field.

CranioSacral Therapy case study sessions available in South Donegal!

I have recently completed my Level 1 in CranioSacral Therapy and I am now working through my level 2 case studies and am looking for volunteers!

I have already completed my Equine CranioSacral training and currently I am studying with Upledger Ireland towards my human therapy qualifications.

CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands-on therapy focusing on rebalancing the body and works closely with the nervous system.
Typically it is a very relaxing and revitalising treatment as it allows the body to find balance and connection that has been altered over time through injury and compensation.

🐎💆Treat your horse and yourself this year! 💆🐎

I am now offering the option of a case study session for yourself when you book your horse in for either CranioSacral or a TRT session.

I began my human CranioSacral training in the autumn and I am now in the process of completing my case studies.
There are very few contraindications for these sessions (e.g. recent fractures, blood clot issues, history of stroke) but for the purpose of case studies you must be over 18.

As equestrians we tend to put our own bodies' needs on hold to put our horses first so this is a great opportunity to give yourself a bit of TLC at no extra cost!
