This year marks 10 years of Harmony Acupuncture.
Ten years of treating, learning, listening, and supporting people through so many different stages of life, from painful periods and fertility journeys to pregnancy, menopause and everything in between.
When I started, I simply hoped to build a practice where people felt cared for and truly listened to. I’m incredibly grateful that so many of you have trusted me with your health over the years.
To all of my patients, past and present, thank you for being part of the journey.

I had the chance to try a Japanese head spa this morning with Maria and it was such a lovely experience.
She is so kind and gentle and immediately makes you feel at ease. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and calming and I left feeling lighter and really well looked after.
If you are someone who carries tension in your head or you just need a proper switch off, this is well worth trying. Wishing Maria every success as she gets ready to open. She has something really special, and we are blessed to have it on our doorstep, here in Buncrana 🤍

As we head into 2026, I’m very aware that fertility can be an emotional and complicated topic.
For some, this year may feel hopeful.
For others, it may feel heavy, uncertain, or simply tiring.
Fertility acupuncture isn’t about promises or pressure. It’s about supporting your body, helping to regulate cycles, improve blood flow, and calm the nervous system which can matter just as much as anything physical.
Some people come when they’re actively trying.
Some come when they’re taking a break.
Some come because they just need support.
All of it is valid.

Controversial? Yes. But maybe also... necessary.
RFK Jr. said autism is “destroying families”—and people lost their minds. But step back for a second: 80% of marriages with an autistic child end in divorce. That’s not rhetoric. That’s reality.

What if instead of clutching pearls over harsh phrasing, we acknowledged the pain so many families quietly carry—and the desperate need for more support, more research, more answers?

Yes, he’s imperfect. But so is the silence we’ve all tolerated for too long.

If we really care about autistic people and their families, maybe it’s time to stop shouting about RFK Jr. and start listening to why he’s shouting at all.
