RCS Wellbeing Forum Returns!

The Rosses Community School are hosting a health and wellbeing forum in the school gym on January 25th. Doors open at 6pm. There will be guest speakers discussing the importance of exercise as a lifestyle medicine, teenage mental health and the effects of alcohol on the family unit. There will be taster sessions/demos of different activities on offer in the area as well as samples of healthy soups and smoothies. Attending are organisations and individuals who all share a passion in promoting health and wellbeing in our community.
