I provide workshops to Pre-Schools, Primary, secondary schools, Special needs, After school clubs, Scout camps or Summer camps. Good oral health is very important and must start at an early age. Last Friday I had the honour and privilege to be invited back to my Secondary School St. Columba's Comprehensive, Glenties. A place I had such fond memories and was part of my journey to where I am today.

Delivering a talk to the students and sharing my journey was such a meaningful experience.

Thank you to all the staff and students for their warm welcome and beautiful gifts.

I wish all the students all the best in their future & I hope that I have inspired them to also follow their dreams 😊🦷

Tell me you love a Toothpaste without telling me 😆.
As a Dentist the most common question I get asked on a daily bases is what Whitening Toothpaste do you recommend?

🦷Snack on foods such as cheese, celery, carrot or apple after chocolate this stimulates the production of saliva which is beneficial for teeth and will help to neutralise the acids that cause tooth decay. Sugar Free gum is also good for this.

🦷Drink plenty of water it will help to wash away the sugars that create acids and cause decay.
