For the week that has been in Donegal Town just a wee post to highlight some of the services available but also never be afraid to speak to your own GP for advice.
Or even just talk to someone you trust there is always an ear to hear you out and help you.
The main thing is to talk 🫶🏻

My thoughts are with each and everyone that has or is touched by the effects of Mental Health Issues.

When someone buys you a candle you use it 🫶🏻

I'm usually a devil when I get something nice like that, putting it away and saving it for a good occasion!! Is anyone else like this?!!
Not this time though I thought f**k it use it, how nice to have for my clients in my wonderful new space! 🕯️
