Long time no see everybody... There are a few plans in place to begin a healthy eating/exercise service to you guys! We want to make as many children happy and healthy as we can and we will let you know more in the coming weeks...! :)

Just a note to everybody in the Carlow/Graigue area.
We ran a company for kids in Carlow from October to 2014-2015.
We have received the utmost greatest feedback from the fantastic people of these areas!
Thanks to all of you who had anything to do with us and all that showed interest which was a lot of you.
Behind the scenes we have had nothing but support from people to keep going and strive for more!
The parents put great effort every week bringing kids to us and we want to thank you, you are fantastic!
Thank you all for everything and we hope you all loved it.
October 2015 looks like the next date the classes will be on so stay in touch and we will keep ya all posted! :)

Hey all, just a heads up... We are running as normal over the holidays. We know some people are busy or gone away but we had a good class Thursday so we'll just continue with the classes... We are looking forward to seeing you all at class on Thursday! :)

Classes are on as normal tomorrow in the Carlow Youth Centre.
4-5pm for 5-8yr olds
5-6pm for 9-12yr olds
New participants are always welcome so bring friends who will
definitely have a great time while learning and having their daily dose of exercise. :) :) :) :)

We had a presenter in college yesterday and he had the facts on kids in Ireland between the ages of 6 and 12...
25% are obese.
The average school provides each kid an average of 46 mins of moderate-high intensity exercise per week.
A child is supposed to have 1 hr a day of moderate-intense exercise...
We are one of many classes that are fighting the epidemic.
We hope the knowledge we teach will survive the test of time and be past on for future generations also!!!
