Been so quiet on the socials but I’m still here working away😀
Thank you to all my wonderful clients for supporting me in doing what I love to do and trusting me to take care of you!🤗 Huge thank you to all of the local community for buying gift vouchers and gift sets ❤️❤️❤️
If anyone needs a gift voucher or gift sets I can arrange them for collection. I’ll be here on the 23rd from 10-2pm and 3.30-5pm if you need anything outside of these hours I can also arrange that .
Closed on the 24th dec and reopening on Tuesday 6th of January.

Seabu Organic Therapies is by the award winning therapist Johanna Daly Regan. Johanna was raised on the edge of the wild Atlantic way before there was an advertising campaign attached to it. Its waves shaped her life as much as it did the rocks below her parents home on a cliff on the edge of Bundoran.

It Imbued in her a sense of nature, and a longing to explore the world. In her 20s she traveled through India to supplement her growing experience and knowledge as a therapist. Soon after she qualified as a yoga instructor and married her contemporary training with many of the traditional treatments of the ancient land. She returned to Ireland with an enriched appreciation for the holistic nature of well being and quickly became a much sought after and multi-faceted therapist.

In recent years she managed an award winning spa in one of the north Wests leading hotels while being sought out by similar high end industry establishments for her consultancy skills.Now a wife and mother of 3 young children,she has returned to her natural place in the world with Seabu Organic Therapies.

Nested once more overlooking the wild Atlantic, Seabu Organic Therapies brings all elements of Johanna's life experiences to the fore. Her New treatment Studio has allowed her to offer a selection of bespoke treatments in a location she has always called home, she has spent her life trying and testing every element for you.
