The aim of the reflexologist is to treat the whole person, body, mind and spirit, to help induce a state of balance and harmony. Recommendations for the number of treatments is based on individual requirements and will vary, however, it is usual practice to have 6 - 8 (one per week), followed by one each month. Please allow 1 hour + for the first treatment as a detailed consultation is taken. All subsequent treatments will be approximately 1 hour in duration. A reflexologist cannot diagnosis or prescribe, they work alongside the medical profession. You should seek medical help if you have an urgent or acute problem.
