A great resource

NHS Dorset County Hospital has produced a guide called 'Sensory Strategies for the Older Child and Adolescents' it takes you through a detailed account of how your child or loved one may be experiencing the world and offers thoughtful ideas you could try.

Remember that not one size fits all, and use this guide to ask questions, and discover more about the individual.
