I love supporting parents to be on their journey to birth. Yes, you can use the tools of hypnobirthing in hospital, at home before going to hospital, at home if you are having a home birth, during an induction, a caesarean section, an epidural, an unmedicated birth… anywhere, anytime!🤰

Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025 takes place from 9-15 October 💕
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This special week culminates with the global “Wave of Light” tonight on 15th October 🕯
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join other families across the world by lighting a candle at 7pm local time and leaving it burning for at least one hour to remember all babies lives gone too soon ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To join the virtual Wave of Light, take a photo of your candle and post it to Facebook or Instagram using or at 7pm local time ❤️
