I’m on the lookout for the right Cork venue 💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Due to the amazing success of my current venue, , the owner, Val will be expanding the studio's Saturday yoga and Pilates offerings (check out the timetable on their insta page!) so I now need to explore other venue options for my one-day, full hypnobirthing courses.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have absolutely loved working with Val and the team in Soul Yoga & Pilates Cork, and I’m really looking forward to hosting shorter retreats and special events there in the future. Just to reassure anyone booked, my February course is still taking place in Soul Yoga & Pilates Cork.

One of the things I value most about my hypnobirthing courses is the space. How relaxing, comfortable and calm it feels for expectant parents.

I’m hoping to find a space that is:
�• Calm, quiet, and welcoming
�• Pregnancy-friendly
• Suitable for small groups of expectant parents
�• Available on Saturdays a few times a year�
• Based in Cork city or nearby, with parking ideally

I have been a little absent here in the past few weeks but it’s been all go behind the scenes supporting so many amazing families and parents to be - some moments from the past few weeks🤰

1. Getting to finally catch up with my own amazing pregnancy yoga teacher was a highlight at the conference
2. Hearing from parents after my courses and once they have had their babies makes my day. I just love it! The pictures are so cute - I get to see the baby that was there on the course day tucked away in the belly!
3. So many birthdays celebrated over the past few weeks 🥳 🎉
4. Do you screenshot recipes and never make them too? Or is that just me? 🤣
5. A fun night out with my family at a meet and greet with the OG Irene Robert’s from home and away 😎what a lovely lady
6. Meeting past clients for coffee with their new babies is incredible. I am very thankful ☕️
7. Celebrating so many female founders at the awards night 💃
8. Thank you for the opportunity to speak to a lovely group of mums at the first Mum Talks event in Cork. I had a great time meeting everyone.
9. The last hypnobirthing course for 2025 was held in in November. I’ve loved holding courses in this space and this group was no different 😍

I am a mum of 3 (I used hypnobirthing in all of my births) and have been a Hypnobirthing instructor since 2020 with consistent 5 star google reviews⭐️

I love supporting parents to be on their journey to birth. Yes, you can use the tools of hypnobirthing in hospital, at home before going to hospital, at home if you are having a home birth, during an induction, a caesarean section, an epidural, an unmedicated birth… anywhere, anytime!🤰

Join other families across the world by lighting a candle at 7pm local time and leaving it burning for at least one hour to remember all babies lives gone too soon ✨
