Our team are spread far and wide providing physiotherapy services to elite athletes across Europe this week.

Ellen is part of the European Youth Olympic Festival medical team taking care of our young gymnasts in Osijek, Croatia. We wish her and the team the best for the final days of competition.

Level 1 Mat Pilates Wednesday 6pm:
New 6 week course from March 5th.

We currently have some space available in our Level 1 class on Wednesday evening with Kate. This is a great class to move into from your 1:1 rehabilitation with our team or to build back into your Pilates exercise if you have had a break from classes. In this class we focus on your Pilates exercise technique building week by week as your strength and confidence grows.
