This short and sweet practice with is a perfect way to unwind your day or even unwind after Yogalates with
I started teaching this class a few years ago, and it's always been a favourite.
I used to go to classes and wish there was an option of less instruction, less brain power needed, just literally moving, slowing in a mindful way.
Being highly sensitised to each experience within that time.
This is why this class has movement that won't make you think too much. Each pose is held for a little longer to allow you to feel.
There is a focus on breath and quiet.
There is deep relaxation.
This class can be done in our studio or online from the comfort of your home!
Mindfulness helps us so much off our mat - it promotes better understanding of our inner emotional worlds, promotes better sleep, more presence and an increased sense of wellbeing ✨️
