Galway Yogis!
We are going ahead with our yoga classes in Doughiska throughout the winter season.

Make sure to make time for your Well-being by starting the weekend with Refreshing Yoga & Exercise on Saturdays or by finishing busy weeks with Deeply Relaxing “Sleep Well” Yoga on Thursdays.

No matter which class you will choose the benefits are guaranteed.

Come join us in Cumasú Centre Doughiska on :
1. Thursday 7.30 - 8.30pm
2. Saturday 10.00 - 11.00am
These classes are open to everyone.
Beginners & Random Attendees are welcome.
Session costs only €15.

If you like to treat yourself with a bit of TLC, come join us for Yoga & Reiki on Sunday, 30th.

I love starting my mornings with the things that truly bring me joy — and I love my days even more when I go to bed with a positive mind.
