joys taking part in all sort of sports and is passionate about mindful and efficient movement that is especially emphasized with the Pilates. STOTT Pilates mind – body exercises are designed to restore natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints, also relieves tension and enhances self-confidence. Emphasis is put on learning how to engage and strengthen deep and outer abdominal muscles, correct position of shoulder and pelvic girdle, ribcage, head and neck placement and breathing patterns. During the class you will be using variety of small equipment such as flex bands, soft balls, toning balls, fitness circle in case modification to the exercises are necessary or to increase the intensity.
