Do you have PD? Would you like to get your voice heard? I am inviting you to take part in a research study on the current information-giving practice in Parkinson’s clinics in Ireland. You will be asked to complete a 15-minute online survey about the information you received and would have wanted to receive from doctors or nurses at diagnosis and during your follow-up clinic visits. Do you have Parkinson’s? Are you comfortable in front of a screen? I am inviting you to take part in a research study exploring perceptions of facial expressions and bodily movements. We will take 5-mm-wide hair to check your cortisol level. Next, you will be asked to watch a 30-min video while we track your eye gaze and heart rate variability. This will be done at UCC Cork Enterprise Centre. Contact us for more info at 122117296@umail.ucc.ie.
