These are the faces of the people that keep me going!   Running a business is not easy! There have been MANY obstacles and the lowest of lows. I can’t tell you how many times almost gave up. But that’s just a wobble. Then you remember why you are doing this.   Being your coach is the honour of a lifetime and creating a safe space with all of you is something I will never take for granted! I needed it too!   There will always be people to knock you down, but it’s the people who prop you up that matter!   Nothing but gratitude!

It’s a reflecting kind of day but here’s to many more moments like these.   On we go! 💜
