Most people stick to the same foot position on the leg press—but changing your stance is like having 3 machines in 1.

Here’s what each stance targets:
🔹 Narrow stance → Emphasizes your quads and outer thighs
🔹 Wide stance → Fires up your inner thighs and glutes
🔹 High foot placement → Activates hamstrings and glutes
🔹 Low foot placement → Maximizes quad engagement

🍫 Double Chocolate Protein No-Bake Cheesecake 🍫

This super easy, delicious no-bake treat is a winner! So creamy and chocolatey, it’s the perfect way to hit your protein goals after a hard workout or to satisfy a sweet craving. 👌

✨ 385 kcal, P:38, F:1g C:25g ✨

🛒 Ingredients
1 sugar-free digestive biscuit (base)
100 g (1/2 cup) light cream cheese
100 g (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt
1 serving Per4m Chocolate flavour protein powder
10 g (1 tbsp) cacao powder
1tsp pudding mix / Angel Delight

Optional: additional sweetener to taste
optional: melted chocolate topping

👨‍🍳 Method
1. Crush the biscuit and press it into the bottom of a small dish to form the base.
2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, protein powder, cacao powder, pudding mix, and sweetener (if using) until smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours (or until set).
5. Top with melted chocolate and dig in!
