Nordic walking alone, equally amazing. Headphones on, music pushing you to the beat of the poles, pure magic 🦯🦯

A week in the life of me!

Totally enjoyed Nordic walking with my amazing group, each member at a different fitness level. From high cardio to moderate, and a relaxing Friday morning ramble. Each walk energised by adding the poles, invigorating I’d say! (the best feeling) 🦯🦯

Then spent the weekend crafting and upcycling with a lovely group of ladies 🖌️

Now, it's back to my desk for some admin work, not the most exciting but necessary for this self-employment thing!

🦯🦯The next Introduction to Nordic walking class is on Saturday, October 18th at 1.30pm at Lourdes Stadium Drogheda. All poles provided. Everyone is welcome.

🖌️The next Upcycling Craft workshop is on Monday, October 13th from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. All materials provided (well, once I restock, a charity shop haul is in order!)

1 hour of keep fit in nature.

I think we might get 1 more evening walk in Dalgan, before moving to the town park with lights 🙏
