Occupational First Aid Refresher course 16th November.
Calling all OFA's who are about to go out of date! I will have an occupational first aid course QQI Level 5 running in Drogheda on 16th November from 9am to 6pm. Only 10 places available and participants must be no more that 2 years and 90 days since their last fetac / QQI exam date. Copies of current certificate will be needed to confirm bookings.

Occupational First Aid Course 8th, 9th & 10th November
Hi, I am running an occupational first aid course on the 8th, 9th & 10th November in Drogheda running from 9am to 6pm each day. This is a QQI level 5 course and on successful completion will cover participants to act as first aiders in the workplace.

It was only when I was doing the truck/lorry licences myself that I realised how many blind spots there are on these types of vehicles. Its frightening when you are shown it by your instructor how a family car or any other low vehicle simply can't be seen easily.
As a result I try to allow more space (and time) to those driving larger vehicles.

So important folks if you're on your bike. Just terrible news about that poor girl killed in Dublin yesterday. http://bit.ly/2csusyn

Family First Aid course - Saturday 17th September in Drogheda.
This short 3 hour course will cover all the essential life saving skills (Cpr for all age groups, dealing with choking) as well as how to treat all the minor little bumps and scrapes that are normal in any family. We will also cover some medical emergencies and will be there to answer any questions you may have.

Hi Everyone, we are running a Cardiac First Responder Community Level course on Saturday 10th September in the Workspace Centre, Mayoralty Street, Drogheda.
This course is focused on teaching the lifesaving skills of CPR for adults, children & infants, how to use a defibrillator, how to treat choking for adults, children & infants, how to recognise & treat a heart attack, how to administer aspirin, how to recognise & treat a stroke and critical incident stress management.
Places are strictly limited so either call / text 086 3554299 or email info@work-wise.ie or message the page to provisionally hold a place. Deposits required to secure a spot as there are only 6 places available.
