Bodyfix Circuit Training offers fun, high-energy full-body workouts suitable for all fitness levels — whether you’re completely new to exercise or already training regularly.
Our classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, with exercises adapted to suit your ability and pace. We welcome all ages, from people in their 20s through to their 70s, creating a positive environment where everyone can train comfortably and confidently.
Each session includes a mix of strength, cardio, mobility and core work using equipment such as:
