Are we allowed mention the "C" word yet?😆🎄🎁. We are bringing Christmas to St Fechins a little early this year, on 29th November we are holding "Fechin Festive Friday" a Christmas shopping market. We have over 35 stall holders in place so there will be plenty of opportunities to pick up some presents and maybe something for yourself 😊. There will be a cup of tea and a raffle also. Come and join us from 5pm to 9pm on 29th November in St Fechins GAA Community Centre .

I have been a reflexologist for over 20 years now, and I have noticed that clients can undergo huge changes when they come for their reflexology treatments.
A sense of relaxation and calmness takes over, energy improves, sleep quality is better, their mood is brighter and more content, the little things don't seem to annoy them as much. This is a process of transformation.

Now with face reflexology and facial rejuvenation reflexology the physical changes in a client's face are also visible.
