Yesterday, I had the incredible privilege of joining a remarkable group of clients—my Pilates family—for a charity climb on behalf of CLANN MOR,that truly showcased the strength and spirit we’ve built together over the past two years.

I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you. When I started teaching Pilates, my goal was not just to help people move and strengthen their bodies, but to create a welcoming community where friendships could flourish. Watching you all come together, support each other, and achieve goals you once thought were out of reach is nothing short of inspiring.

Your dedication to your practice and to one another has transformed not only your bodies but also our space into a vibrant community filled with laughter and encouragement.
