Our Story

Founded in 2011 by Vikki Mc Ginn Chartered Physiotherapist (CORU REGISTERED, MISCP, M.Sc, B.Sc,. MSK Sonographer) ​ Drogheda Physiotherapy & Injury Rehabilitation Clinic is a specialised physiotherapy service. Vikki is an active member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). Completing an honours masters degree in advanced physiotherapy in 2011. Vikki specialised in respiratory physiotherapy, care of the elderly & dying patients/palliative care. Vikki is a qualified Manual & People Handling clinical assessor and has worked in numerous hospitals, nursing homes & clinics undertaking classes & reports. Vikki has worked as head Physiotherapist for the Newtown Blues GFC, Louth & Westmeath Ladies GAA, Aberdeen RFC, FAI Women, Leinster Rugby & the HSE. ​Vikki is also qualified in strength & conditioning, acupuncture, dry needling & Cardiac Rehabilitation. DPRC trains & sponsors various young aspiring athletes & has a competitive local sponsorship programme that is fundamental to our Physiotherapy services.
