It is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our hands, feet and ears that relate to every organ and part of our body. By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems. Reflexology is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body.

Deep gratitude to everyone who joined me for the sound bath last night. A full house despite the stormy weather!

Turning up and choosing to spend your time with me on such a wet and stormy Friday evening means so much, and I’m grateful we could share that space together.

Over the coming days, you might notice gentle shifts, a bit more ease in your mind, a clearer sense of focus, or a feeling of being more settled in yourself.

Everyone experiences it differently, so just stay open to whatever unfolds and trust the process. Drink plenty of water today and I’d highly recommend an Epsom salt bath or foot soak 😉

That awareness changes everything. From there, you navigate life not from fear, but from the calm assurance of knowing you are an eternal soul on a temporary journey.

The truth doesn’t just set you free, it gives you purpose, clarity, and a renewed joy in becoming exactly who you came here to be.

So celebrate those small realizations. They’re proof that you are no longer who you were, and yet more fully who you always were meant to be.

Last nights sound bath in Julianstown was extremely potent. A full house, so grateful to all those beautiful souls who braved the wind and rain to join me.

Together we journeyed into the subtle realms to cleanse, heal, and activate the chakra system, guided by meditation, sacred affirmations, and the high vibrational sounds of my quartz crystal chakra bowls, harmonized with the celestial sounds of my orchestra of bliss…

The energy in the room was palpable, lots of healing and releasing took place. If you joined me please be gentle with yourself over the coming days as energy will continue to be released.

Now rest if necessary, drink plenty of water and I’d highly recommend an Epsom salt bath or dip in the sea, as part of your after care 🫶🏻
