The science of Reflexology has been around for thousands of years. This can help restore balance throughout the body.

It is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our hands, feet and ears that relate to every organ and part of our body. By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems. Reflexology is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body.

I’ve felt misunderstood most of my life, I was never born to fit in 😅
I am a deep feeler a thinker, I’ve always been that way….
I used to think it was a curse but I embrace it now, all of it…
It’s actually a gift and enriches my life, and the work I do!

Within your heart dwells a sacred light, eternal and unchanging, a living expression of the divine itself.

Even when the world feels heavy, this light remains untouched, pure, present, and infinitely aware. As you turn inward in stillness, you begin to sense the divine thread that connects all things, not as something outside you, but as the very essence of your being.

Appreciation post ♥️

I had the most AMAZING time in with the supburb host that is along side my gorgeous friend

Evita went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable experience. We had a jam packed adventure, nature, hiking, food, ecstatic dance, it was so special and memorable.

So refreshing to get away from the busyness of life and escape to this little piece of heaven in the Italian mountains. The peace, beauty and tranquility of the surrounding area was breathtaking.

Evita offers a home from home experience in her gorgeous retreat.
I’d highly recommend as a getaway.

We flew into Rome got a bus and were met by the lovely Evita perfect from start to finish.

So so grateful for the time we shared ♥️

My heart is full 😍
