We are happy to announce that we will reopen on Monday 18th @ 9am.
We will be following all safety protocols for our customers and staff in line with HSE guidelines, the Governments 'Return to Work Protocol' and public health advice.

-Training twice a week for 8 weeks
-Each coached session lasts one hour
-Monday at 8pm & Thursday at 8pm
-Cater for all abilities/levels of fitness
-All participants divided into groups with people of similar ability
