Dublin School of Yoga GET YOUR ASS TO CLASS I have been teaching different groups for years and I know first hand the many benefits that it brings.

we have incorporated Ushtrasana into our Salutation routine it is time we started stretching the front of the body, the opening of the chest in this pose is quite amazing. I recently decided not to open the proposed center in Phibsboro (sorry to anyone who was hoping to attend classes there) I am now trying to promote Yoga on line-I want to show the world that anyone can try Yoga all you need is an open mind..
