An ECG/EKG is a recording of the heart's electrical activity and gives you a visual representation of your heartbeat.
This measurement enables the detection of abnormal heartbeats and helps you understand overall heart health. To complete an ECG/EKG reading with your BioSense health band, log into the Helo Smart App and go to the “Data” page. Scroll to “ECG” and tap it. Start the measurement by tapping the “Measurement” button and follow the instructions displayed on the App. Touch the electrodes on the sides of your BioSense with your thumb and index finger as shown on the illustration on the screen.
Keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the button face up. When complete, check your results in the App!
