Today was a journey of deep learning and connection. I visited an Indigenous tribe, where I was honored to witness their dances and hear their history. I received the sacred Rapè from the elder, a gift I will carry with me. Then, I explored the rubber museum, reflecting on Brazil’s past and how it shaped the Indigenous communities. The day closed with a magical moment in nature, spotting a pink dolphin. I am forever grateful for this journey and am committed to giving back, building a future for Indigenous healing homes in the years ahead. 🌿💫❤️

Lunar New Year — Fire Horse Year 🔥🐎

In Chinese philosophy, Fire governs the Heart ❤️ joy, consciousness, and spirit (Shen 神).

The Horse represents movement, freedom, and life force.
This year invites us to:
💫 move stagnant energy, soften fear, awaken heart-truth, align action with soul ⭐

火马之年,养心安神,
行动来自内在真实,
让生命自由流动。
May your heart be steady,
your spirit clear,
and your path illuminated.

新年快乐 🧧

St Brigid’s Day 🌱

Today we celebrate St Brigid’s Day (Imbolc),
the quiet beginning of spring.

It’s a subtle transition,
when light slowly returns
and life begins to move again beneath the surface.

This is a time to be mindful with change, to notice what is shifting within you,
without rushing the process.

Spring doesn’t arrive all at once. It unfolds, softly.

May you meet this transition with presence,
and stay connected to your inner energy 💫

Winter asks us to slow down. In TCM, this is Kidney season, a time for warmth, nourishment, and rest. Save this as a reminder to honour your body this winter ❄️

January often brings a quieter kind of struggle.

Low mood, anxiety, emotional heaviness — not always dramatic, but persistent enough to affect how we relate to ourselves and others.

In my clinical practice, I offer:
• Acupuncture to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance
• Individual counselling for stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing
• Couples counselling to support communication, connection, and understanding

My approach is gentle, integrative, and grounded in both clinical training and compassionate care.

If you’re noticing that this season is asking for support — for yourself or your relationship — you’re very welcome here.

2024–2025 🌙 A journey of healing, devotion, and embodiment

These two years have asked me to walk many lands, outer and inner, while standing steadily as a woman, practitioner, daughter, and pilgrim.

Putumayo, Colombia 💝 meeting indigenous communities and witnessing their Festival of Forgiveness. A living reminder that healing is relational, embodied, and held by land and people. Continuously supporting three kids in this community.

Shanghai (homeland) caring for my mother, where love became presence and patience. Walking the Great Wall, Forbidden City, and Terracotta Army, reconnecting with my roots, ancestry, and the long memory carried in the body.

India ✨ sacred temples, silence, devotion, and deep remembering. Ancient paths that softened the heart and strengthened faith beyond words.

Throughout 2024–2025, holding women’s menstrual & emotional wellbeing workshops, weaving Traditional Chinese Medicine, psychology, and lived experience, honouring cycles, emotions, and the wisdom of the female body.

During the summer, deepening my clinical work through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training, strengthening my capacity to support attachment, bonding, and emotional healing. And Acupuncture seminars to deepen my skills.

In July, honoured to speak at Trinity College, bringing menstrual and emotional health into academic space, bridging ancient wisdom with modern psychology.

December, returning again to care for my mother, learning once more that devotion is not loud, it is steady and true.

Finally in Thailand, where everything integrates in the body. Where rest, ritual, nature and simplicity gently close the circle.

These years taught me that strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it forgives, serves, studies, remembers, teaches, bows and keeps going.

Grateful for every woman, every client, every ancestor, every step.
Walking forward with humility and trust 💚

🔥🐎 Christmas Blessings for 2026 — The Fire Horse

This Christmas, I pause.
To breathe. To feel the quiet beneath the noise.
To honour this precious human life 🫂 fragile, resilient, and deeply meaningful.

My wish for you in 2026 ✨
May your Heart Fire be bright but not burning out; May your nervous system learn safety, not just endurance; May you move forward like the Horse, free, instinctive, embodied; May you release what no longer belongs to your story; May you learn that rest is not weakness, and boundaries are love.

The Fire Horse does not ask for permission.
But wisdom teaches us: true power is regulated, not rushed. 🤍

Visited Shi Family Hutong (Alley) museum, history and my childhood memories 🥰. Did you know George Bernard Shaw visited China in the 1930s? After his journey, he spoke with deep respect for Chinese culture and believed the world could learn from Eastern wisdom.

Standing here today, I feel proud to reconnect with my roots. Chinese history is not just the past — it is living wisdom we carry forward and share with the world 💖

Exploring the Forbidden City is like stepping back in time. From ancient Buddha statues and stone carvings to the delicate clay and bronze artistry, these treasures date back millennia, long before the time of Jesus. It’s a testament to the incredible wisdom and skill of our ancestors, preserving history through artistry and tradition. Remember and continue their wisdom 🙏❤️
