Perfect alignment
Many years ago, a friend told me about a company in Denmark that had invented something unique. At the time, I couldn’t fully wrap my mind around what it actually was.
Not long after, one of the co-owners reached out to me and I started helping with account management and production. I was involved, but still, I didn’t fully get what Inmu really was.
Fast forward to Budapest, where I met the inventor and held one for the first time.
It was enchanting.
An interactive music cushion that stimulates the senses and gently brings you back to the present moment.
Later, we used Inmu Mindfulness in workshops with Ukrainian refugees, and I saw how much it could support connection and regulation. I then went to Denmark for training, and since then I’ve used it with my clients, especially around anxiety and sleep difficulties.
Recently, I found out they had developed a new method called , and I was sooo curious.
I didn’t want to miss this update, I wanted to meet the new team, and I wanted to see their new studio.
So I booked the nearest flight and headed to the land of buttered bread, hygge, and beautiful electric windmills.
Now we’re planning a new collaboration, but that part is a secret for now.
This relationship started over 8 years ago. It has transformed, evolved, and somehow keeps opening new doors.
I feel so happy to be a friend of the house, to keep learning from them, and to bring that learning back to support my clients.
Sometimes alignment is like that. You don’t see it at first. But it is there.
