In my happy place ✨

One of my favourite things about guiding people through breathwork is how calm I feel doing it. Before every event, workshop or class I always feel nervous and a rush of adrenaline but once I begin guiding I’m instantly at ease. Breathing along with those who join me as I facilitate helps me feel safe and calm and I believe that energy then spreads around the class. Creating a space where people can show up for themselves and feel held ✨

I’ll be facilitating a breathwork and meditation class on Sunday the 27th of October in located at Holohan Martial Arts Tallaght.
Men and women of all ages are welcome. You don’t have to have any experience with breathwork to attend my classes.
I’ll be guiding you through blissful breathing which is aimed at allowing us to slow down, enter a deep state of relaxation and quieten our busy minds. These are also techniques and tools that you can bring into your life every day 🤍✨
