We’ve refined how we do things at Zen Movement.
From May, there will be 3 distinct class styles ~ each running twice a week. Each one with a clear focus.
Together, they cover both Pilates and strength training principles, with the key components of fitness ~ creating a balanced, well-rounded approach to training.
This is a more modern, structured and evolved way to move.
