Just some slight changes to our timetable for March!
✨ We have added 2 new Reformer Pilates classes on Sundays at 11.30am & 12.30pm (from March 1st) - Our mixed-level class blends strength, stretch, and flow for a well-rounded Reformer experience. Each session offers creative sequences and variations to meet you where you are - helping you build strength, improve mobility, and refine your form. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and recharged. Suitable for beginners.
✨ On Fridays we are trialing our Reformer Yin Yoga Class (From March 6th) - A slower, more restorative reformer experience. We use the machine to support extended holds and deep stretches, creating space through the hips, back and shoulders. The focus is on stillness, breath and gradual release. Perfect if you’re craving a deep stretch, recovery from training, or a reset for a busy mind.
