Time for a reminder of this truth I think. However you are parenting your little one to sleep, let me assure you that:

- This is your baby. Your parenting decisions
- It’s normal
- You’re not alone
- It’s nobody else’s business but yours
- It’s only a problem if it’s a problem for you

If the way you are parenting your child to sleep is getting unsustainable, then have a look at the tips all over this page and on my IGTV. Try some habit stacking or involve someone else to help you.

But no matter how old they are, and what you’re doing, I can pretty much guarantee it’s normal. As long as what you’re doing is safe, you can keep doing it as long as you want.
