Spent the week with the Irish Women’s Cricket Team, and here’s what stood out from the physio side:

✅ Performance is built on trust – Being pitch-side isn’t just about injury response. It’s about being present, listening, and adjusting in real time.

✅ Small tweaks = big impact – Whether it’s shoulder load, recovery timing or prehab drills, small changes made during practice make the difference on match day.

✅ Prevention beats rehab – Working closely with the S&C and coaching teams meant we could reduce risk before it ever became a ni**le.

✅ Teamwork wins – From coaching to logistics, everyone pulls in the same direction — and that synergy filters all the way to the players’ performance.
