Solitude is not emptiness. It’s transformation.

There will be many times on our path of awakening when we feel truly alone, when there is no one to hold us, and we stop listening to the soft whispers of our intuition.

We may even be in a room full of people and yet feel utterly alone.

This, however, is a great opportunity for transformation, a chance to look deep within.

Our core wounds are activated: rejection, abandonment, guilt, shame.

For those on the awakening path, this is not a time for numbing but a time to allow these feelings to surface and show us what we have been hiding from.
We can ask ourselves: Where have I been rejecting myself? Where have I been abandoning myself?

This is the time to return to ourselves with love and compassion, nurturing all the moments when we felt unseen, shamed, or judged.
This is the time to stand beside ourselves and offer love.

Just as trees shed their leaves in winter to allow new life to flourish, this is also a time to release the old and make space for the new, new ideas, projects, or relationships that align with who we are becoming.

And just as every sunset carries the promise of a new dawn, our solitude invites us into renewal. What feels like an ending is often the threshold of becoming, guiding us into the next chapter of our awakening.

Where each of us is called to play a part;
the dreamer, the fighter, the gentle guide,
the keeper of secrets, the bearer of heart.

We falter, forget, and fumble our lines,
yet learn with each scene we portray.
Every stumble becomes a stepping stone,
each moment, a chance to find our way.

And when the final curtain falls,
we meet again, not as roles, but as souls;
smiling, nodding, hand in hand,

I feel it too...

It feels like a shift pulling you to question everything: your purpose, your beliefs, and even your identity. When something that once felt normal, no longer makes sense.

You experience emotional waves - joy, sadness, or confusion - as buried feelings rise to the surface

Material success, relationships, or achievements that once brought happiness may no longer fulfil you
