Managed to fit in my own strength training after patients today….I have absolutely no excuse now, loving my new adjustable weights and thank you for the home workout and it’s great have!!

Highlights for me this year were meeting and listening to the extremely inspiring and beautiful getting amazing skincare tips from - can’t wait to try my new products and then finishing the day dancing away with .ie - just brilliant - dancing is just so good for the soul! A wonderful end to term 1 this Valentine’s Day!
Love is…..having my own studio, physio space and my own reformer! ❤️ thank you to all my fabulous clients for making it a very successful first 6 weeks in person and online. Term 2 classes selling out quickly! Have not really stopped to take enough pictures but here’s a few. (the final picture is my real love- thank you for all the massive amount of patience and support behind the scenes- that’s true love putting up with me!)
