Why is this approach different to all of the fad diets, exercise crazes and diet pills you’ve tried before? Because I want to give you the skills to achieve your weight loss goal and to enjoy a healthy life, full of energy and confidence without dieting. Weight loss is not about what you eat. It’s about why and how you eat. As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I have come across so many people who are disillusioned, frustrated, dissatisfied and feeling guilty about their body and their relationship with food.
