The classes I provide are physiotherapist led Pilates, based in Ballsbridge Dublin 4 and Caragh Co. My classes are a safe space for everyone to exercise. This space is not focused on weight loss, toning etc - unless it is your specific goal. Judgement free exercise for you to feel positive about the body you are living in! I am also a mental health ambassador for See Change Ireland, and would like to promote more openness about mental illness in Ireland.
