Star Kids Yoga Hi,
I'm Laura. I started my yoga journey to practice yoga at home with my two children.

When I saw the effect it had on them and the enjoyment it brought, I decided to take the next step and I got certified to teach children's yoga (Kidding Around Yoga). I offer group classes, camps, birthday parties, one to one or family sessions in your home, online private and group classes, online pre recorded courses for you and your child to do in your own time, creche and school courses (online and in person classes). A typical KAY class incorporates singing, jogging, limbo-ing, dancing, massaging, games and so much more all woven into the original songs that we have created for our little ones. They don’t even notice that they are practicing yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing) they are having so much fun. All classes end with the glorious trip to The Peaceful Garden where kids get that much deserved break from their day.

We're excited to announce two new Yoga classes for children, which will run for 4 weeks, starting from Monday the 23rd of February, with a registration fee costing €5!

5-8 Years: 3:30-4:15pm
9-12 Years: 4:15-5pm
