Laura, a mum of three and the heart behind Star Kids Yoga, has been sharing yoga, mindfulness, and play with children and families for many years. She teaches in primary and secondary schools, crèches, after-school clubs, and private classes.

She also hosts family yoga retreats in Ireland and abroad – with a special love for the French Alps – and shares the benefits of infant and child massage and reflexology.

At Yoga Fest 2025, Laura will be offering children’s yoga classes, creating a joyful space where little ones can move, breathe, and connect. 🌸

Star Kids Yoga were delighted to be asked to join the Irish Girl Guides at their international space themed camp “Orbit 2025”, last week.
Over 1000 Girl Guides from across the globe were in attendance and what an absolutely amazing experience it was for them all. Star Kids Yoga had an amazing time with the girls and were very grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with the girls.

After taking a long time off for my pregnancy and maternity leave, I started back yoga in schools yesterday! My heart was bursting with joy and happiness (maybe a little tired!) after 8 back to back classes, practicing with over 300 kids! What a day to start back with! 🥰🥰

Hi Everyone 👋

The page has been a little bit quiet the last while as i’ve been busy brewing my gorgeous rainbow baby 👶🌈💙. He arrived on 19th September and is doing great! His big brother and sister absolutely adore him and he, without a doubt, rules the house at the moment 🥰

I’m Taking a few months off regular group yoga classes to enjoy this special time. However infant reflexology and private classes/workshops are going ahead with limited availability so please email or pm me for more details.
