β—‡β—‡ Ingredients. β—‡β—‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
● 200 grms of cooked chickpeas (preferably can)🍲
● Cayenne pepper
● Mixed herbs
● Cinamon
● Garlic and ginger powder. πŸ§„
● Β½ tbs of olive oil.
● Salt to tasteπŸ§‚

β–‘β–‘ Directions β–‘β–‘πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
βœ”οΈ Pour chickpeas into a bowl
βœ”οΈ Pour chickpeas in a bowl and rinse thoroughly
βœ”οΈ Pour on a kitchen towel and dry
βœ”οΈ Pour back in a bowl
βœ”οΈ Add olive oil
βœ”οΈ Add all the ingredients and marinate together
βœ”οΈ Pour marinated chickpeas into air fryer and fry for 25 minutes
βœ”οΈ Tossing every 5 minutes prevent been burnt.
βœ”οΈ When dry to your satisfaction, take chickpeas out and and pour in a dry tray to cool.

βœ” Salmon 100 grm
βœ” Broccoli 100 grm
βœ” Cabbage 100 gram
βœ” Zucchini diced 50 grm
βœ” Carrot 1 medium size
βœ” Chich peas 40grm
βœ” Mixed bell pepper
βœ” Cayenne pepper by 1
βœ” Onion 1 medium size
βœ” Chopped garlic and ginger
βœ” Spinach 1 cup
βœ” Mint leaves
βœ” Oil 2 tbs
βœ” Lemon Juice 3 tbs or apple cider vinegar

β­• Direction

γ€ŠSalmon》
● Preheat oven to 200 degree
● Marinate salmon with salt and pepper
● Grill for 20 minutes
● Turn off oven and leave fish in it to keep warm

γ€ŠSavory veggies》
● Pour oil into a pan on a low to medium heat
● Add chopped onion brocolli, mixed pepper, carrot,garlic and ginger
stir frequently to avoid ovedone
● Add zucchini and spinach. Add salt and pepper
● Stir all for 2 minutes and set aside.

Serve veggies and grilled salmon fish. Drizzle the lemon juice on fish and veggies. Enjoy it.
