A new 4 week Baby Massage course is starting January the 8th. Classes run wednesdays 10am-11.30.

Next course 5th of Feb🙏

Mini Me Massage is an intimate safe space to join other new mothers on your parenting journey.
Each week you will learn a new body part where you can give your baby a massage.
Massage is beneficial for ALL babies and both mammies and babies will enjoy the classes with each class finishing with tea/coffee chocolate and chats.
Massage can relief babies experiencing colic or indigestion.
Massage is a lovely way to bond with baby and to help baby feel a sense of security to go on and have a deeper sleep post massage.

If you would like to book in for Jan/Feb I ask for a €30 deposit to hold your space.

4th ot November- full body massage, gentle movements and graduation

Mini Me Massage is a great way to get yourself out of the house and meet other new mammies.
Gives you a chance to have some one to one bonding time with baby.
You will learn how to give your baby a full body massage.
I will show you a routine that can relieve pain for Babies experiencing colic or constipation.
Massage is a lovely way to relax baby 🤍
The classes are baby LED and you are encouraged to meet babies needs throughout the class.
We have Tea/coffee and chats in each class too which is an added bonus🙏

It's hard to get to the gym, go for a walk or commit to exercise classes without Baby so this course is ideal for Mums that want to move their bodies post birth.
