We offer services that help with mental health difficulties in several ways:
Reduces stress and anxiety: Reiki promotes relaxation, calming the mind and body.
Emotional balance: Helps process and release emotional blockages, promoting emotional well-being.
Increases self-awareness: Supports mindfulness and introspection, helping you connect with your inner self.
Pain management: Can help alleviate physical symptoms related to mental health, like headaches or insomnia
Empowerment: which can help you feel more grounded and in control of your mental health journey.
Our services include; Reiki energy healing, Art therapy infused with Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Metamorphis, Sound healing, Guided meditation and art healing.
Cost: €30 per individual session. We also offer sessions in pairs for €50.

When we can't express ourselves through words art can help us to express what we cannot speak. Art allows our unconscious to do the talking and release the weight of internal pain that we have been holding.
Combining art and reiki can help express our inner world and let go of what no longer serves us. Then use energy to help create balance within the space.

Intense session this morning working with The Hosanna Reiki symbol through art and energy healing.
The Hosanna Reiki Symbol works with removing energy blockages and cleansing mental and emotional systems and balancing our ying and yang energy.
Using this symbol alongside chord cutting with Archangel Michael can be powerful to help work through harmful attachments and clear any stuck energy.
Today with the new moon energy combined with the new Lunar year allows for us to let go of the old and opens space for us to let in the new ✨️💖

What is Metamorphosis?

Metamorphosis is a healing energy that works with the head, hands and feet using a reflexology style method. It helps us to release energy that is stuck and opens us up to generate new energy that works more in sync with our bodies as we grow.

When we are conceived we inherit generational genetic markers that we can carry with us throughout our lives. In the womb we absorb our mother's energy through our head, hands and feet leaving us open to take in their previous experiences good and bad. We then hold all this energy unconsciously and it impacts how we are in the world.

Metamorphosis helps us release what we are holding onto that is not our own and allows us to connect with ourselves on a deeper level.

Take a piece of string and make a circle shape. Pinch the top and bottom of the circle, pull down and you make a love heart. Put back in a circle pinch 4 parts and it becomes a square. The string is still string but changed form because of how it was pinched.
In life we too take on different forms, we stretch ourselves in different ways to suit our environment, we grow, we learn and we adapt through the many experiences life throws at us.
It is a natural part of life to flow and grow, change, building ourselves from everything we have been through.
When we don't grow, when we don't change or adapt, when we stay stagnant so does our energy. This is where problems set in our bodies stiffen up, our thinking stays the same, our minds can't understand what's going on around us. Our mental and physical health sinks and the deeper it goes the harder it is to return to our natural flow ✨️.
Show yourself some love, allow yourself to open up to your natural flow of life's energy. Each day is a new opportunity to take on a new form ✨️ 🥰
