Feel like your nervous system needs some support?

Join me on Thursday evenings at Breathing Space, Dublin 8 for an hour of deep rest.

This class is your weekly permission slip to rest. An opportunity to experience the deep, nervous system soothing kind of rest that you probably don’t get enough of. Using bolsters, blankets and props, you’ll be fully supported in gentle, floor-based asana (yoga poses) designed to help you unwind.

We’ll slow everything down - your body, your breath, your mind - so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and more like yourself again.

Whether you're new to yoga or breathwork, or just need a break from being 'on' all the time, you’re welcome here.

I'm excited to share the first glimpse of my new branding by Jade who was a delight to work with and made the process so easy. Straight away she understood me and my clients, and came up with something that reflects my personality, and my approach to providing tailored and accessible yoga and massage.

I was going to add something here like 'I hope you love it as much as I do' but actually, I don't care what anyone else thinks 😆 I'm really happy to have branding that is unique and brings me joy 🙌

Join me on Wednesday evenings on Cork Street for an hour of rest and relaxation.

Come as you are and experience gentle poses and mindful breathing to nourish your body and mind. Restorative yoga and breathwork offers you the time (without any pressure) to explore rest and relaxation on your own terms, helping you feel more refreshed, relaxed and resilient.

Rest is deeply personal. In my class you always have the option to choose what is best for you in the moment. Maybe that is stillness, or maybe it's moving to make yourself more comfortable or self-soothe. Your body, your practice. Your choices are celebrated in this class and at Breathing Space.

Useful things to know if this is your first Restorative Yoga & Breathwork class:

🧎‍♂️ this is a floor-based, inclusive class with variations offered for each pose/practice
⏱ we spend 3 - 15 minutes in each pose but you are welcome to move or change positions at any time you need or want to
🧘 all props are provided (mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks etc.)
👕👖 wear warm clothes that you can comfortably move in (jumper/fleece/long-sleeve t-short and joggers/leggings for example) and warm socks will keep you nice and cosy, even though we have the heating on in winter
✅ no previous experience of yoga or breathwork is required
💡 the lights are dimmed for this class. Any changes in lighting levels is communicated in advance. The big light always stays on in the studio entrance area
🎶 low-level instrumental background music is played
🤰 pregnant people are welcome but please message to let me know in advance

Wondering what Restorative Yoga is and whether it's for you?

Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice focused on deep relaxation. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, it supports the body in restful postures for extended periods, inviting you to completely relax and unwind.

Restorative Yoga has many benefits, including:

I'd love for you to join me and Claire for our Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop at Breathing Space on Cork Street, Dublin 8.

We created this quarterly workshop to help busy professionals and social activists like yourself carve out some time to fill your own cup for a change. Allow me and Claire to hold the space for you and guide you towards a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

No prior experience of yoga or yoga nidra is required. Wear whatever you're comfortable in (yes - pyjamas, joggers and non-yoga clothes are not only welcome but encouraged!).

You're investment is 35€ (subsidised places available) and includes mats and props (of course, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer) as well as tea, snacks and chat afterwards (all optional, like everything in the workshop).

If you're craving time to rest and reset, and looking for an inclusive and supportive space to help you slow down and welcome some rest into your life, join us this afternoon

It's time for you to feel more grounded, relaxed and centred so you can keep your glass full enough to navigate the world we live in right now.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll be guided by myself and Claire, and supported by props as you practise in a nurturing space to help you find comfort and ease.

All mats and props are provided at the studio but you are always welcome to bring your own mat, blankets, cushions, and anything else to make yourself comfortable.
